Fugazzi Terminal Pro is offered with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per month until cancelled. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

7. No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access remains until the end of the current paid period.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, forgotten cancellations, lack of usage, or change of mind. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion only in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges, verified billing errors on our side, or where required by applicable law. Requests must be sent to support@fugazziterminal.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until that date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fugazzi, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of Fugazzi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
